Here’s the compatibility gotcha most people miss: T-style seal (the one shaped like a T when you look at it end-on) only fits doors with an aluminum or steel T-channel retainer at the bottom. If you have a round-bulb seal or a U-channel seal, forcing a T-style seal into it will tear within weeks. We see that constantly on Clopay and Amarr doors in Palmdale.
